In regards to the experience of oppressed and marginalized people, there are no voices more important than members of those communities. When it comes to the good, the bad, and the ugly of Blackness and the Black experience, that means Black people. For some, "White Fragility" may be a good place to start the work of being anti-racist and anti-oppression but the learned experiences of a white author could never be the end-all. There is no end-all because this work is lifelong. Here lives a great place to start or continue!
