We have spots open for the clinics at the Cultural Enrichment Center on April 10th & April 11th from 10am-4pm!

Because of the disproportionate impact of COVID-19, this clinic is for BIPOC and particularly the Black and Indigenous community. The Governor’s office just announced that Colorado will move to Phase 2 eligibility on Friday (4/2) – which means no more screening for health conditions/eligibility for this event. Anyone over 18. You will receive the J&J vaccine.

Cultural Enrichment Center (upstairs) (223 Linden Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524) from 10am-4pm:

·         Saturday 4/10 from 10am-4pm: Register here: https://www.comassvax.org/reg/5921640282

·         Sunday 4/11 from 10am-4pm: Register here: https://www.comassvax.org/reg/8261405092

Queen’s Legacy Foundation will provide free transportation to the clinics being held at the CEC on April 10th & 11th. You can direct those in need of transportation to register at this link

Notes on accessibility:

·         Parking in Old Town is tough – there is a parking garage nearby and we are working on getting spaces reserved with the city and neighboring businesses. We will update with a parking map as soon as details are confirmed.

·         If needed, our vaccinators can do the shots in people’s cars and in the lower level of the building.

Other things to keep in mind:

·         This is a free service – no payment necessary to get your vaccine. The electronic link asks for type of insurance but we do not need your policy information

·         No identification or work verification is required at this clinic

·         People must be 18 years old to be vaccinated

·         If people are uncomfortable listing their address for whatever reason, you can list the Cultural Enrichment Center, Health District or another trusted community provider instead

·         We require one method of communication to help us schedule your second dose whether that be email or phone number – yours or a trusted friend, family member etc.

·         If you are late for your appointment, that is okay! We can get you vaccinated later that day or the following

·         If you need to cancel and reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you in a different clinic
